The team from Headquarters, comprising Drs. Woo Jong-gyu, Greg Luther and Manny Palada, joined the Regional Director of ARC to participate in a Farmer Field School supported by the AVRDC-IFAD project on 3 December, 2007. The team was able to examine the fields growing kohlrabi, cucumber and tomato and discussed the condition of the crops with the farmers. Before leaving the FFS, the team had a photograph taken with the farmers and facilitators.
