Field visit to farmer field school
An FFS is a season-long training activity that takes place in the field so that it covers all the different developmental stages of the crop and their related management practices. The training process is always learning-centered, participatory and rely on an experimental learning approach. The purpose of participating in Farmer Field School (FFS) was to observe how kale farmers learn by understanding, practising and observing in FFS and how to establish, implement and conduct the FFS.
